• Synthesize existing work & contribute to a market growth strategy anchored in customers demand partnerships availability and M&A opportunities
• You will have the opportunity to perform a deep dive into the dynamics of two key US power markets namely Texas and the northeast
• The opportunity to contribute and be at the heart of an M&A process from the initial flyer to the deal closing
• The opportunity to contribute to the long-term plan exercise as a process that formalizes the company's approach to its markets
Candidate Profile
• Assist the head of the flexible power integration units head of business development and planning
• Analyzing target power markets and establishing a market entry strategy for each
• Analyzing value chain associated with each type of asset and identifying where TotalEnergies can bring value
• Reviewing acquisition opportunities in the target markets and assist the M&A and tender process when launched
• Identify competitors and among which potential partners and assist the development of ad hoc partnerships.
