Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food & Beverage Manager to join our team in Sydney, Australia. As a Food & Beverage Manager in the Industrial Hospitality & Tourism industry, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of food and beverage operations within our industrial facility. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategies to maximize customer satisfaction and enhance the overall dining experience for industrial facility occupants. Manage and coordinate food and beverage service operations, including planning menus, ordering supplies, and maintaining inventory. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food hygiene standards. Train and supervise staff, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional service delivery. Monitor financial performance, analyze sales data, and make data-driven decisions to optimize profitability. Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts and ensuring cost-effective purchasing. Address customer feedback and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
 

Job Requirement: Proven experience as a Food & Beverage Manager or in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry. In-depth knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning, cost control, and inventory management. Strong understanding of health and safety regulations and food hygiene standards. Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage and motivate a diverse team. Outstanding customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Proficiency in using hospitality management software and systems.
